A new landmark real estate project valued at over 1.2 billion Saudi Riyals was launched with a partnership between Dallah Real Estate, Dallah Health, and Tatweer. The project is located along King Fahd Road in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s capital.

This ambitious mixed-use development includes office spaces, hotels, residential areas, medical facilities, and retail spaces.
The announcement was made during a signing ceremony held on Monday, July 1, 2024, in Riyadh. The agreement was signed by Saleh Abdullah Kamel representing Dallah Real Estate, Hizam bin Saidan from Tatweer, Ahmed Baabir from Dallah Health, and Bander Al-Hoqail from Al-Jazeera Capital, with the attendance of Amr Kamel, Deputy CEO of Dallah Albaraka Group, Hattan Tasjee, Deputy CEO of Dallah Real Estate, and Muteb Al-Takhis, Chief Strategy Officer of Dallah Health.
In his remarks, Amr Kamel emphasized the project’s alignment with the Quality of Life Program—one of the key initiatives under Saudi Vision 2030. The project supports Riyadh’s strategic objective of becoming one of the world’s largest urban economies, fostering sustainability, and enhancing the investment environment. Additionally, it contributes to the development of Riyadh’s urban landscape and boosts its competitiveness, helping achieve the goals of the “Riyadh Strategy” in transforming the city into a global investment hub.
The project will be strategically structured with Al-Jazeera Capital managing the real estate investment fund. Dallah Real Estate, Dallah Health, and Tatweer are the primary investors, with Tatweer serving as the main developer. The partnership aims to meet global standards in innovation, quality, and sustainability, ensuring a project that offers significant returns and contributes to the city’s growth.
This new development will enhance the healthcare sector, offer contemporary office spaces, and provide luxury hotel and residential options, enriching the lifestyle experience in Riyadh and furthering its comprehensive development goals.
