Dallah Albaraka Signs Cooperation Agreement with China Pilgrims Affairs Office to Enhance Transportation Services for Hajj 1446 AH

As part of its participation as a Strategic Sponsor in the 4th edition of the Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition 2025, Dallah Albaraka announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Office of Pilgrims Affairs of the People’s Republic of China to enhance transportation services for Chinese pilgrims.

The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the conference, held at Jeddah Super Dome from January 13 to 16, under the generous patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Loay Abdul Latif Gharab, Managing Director of the Hospitality, Transportation, and Holy Sites Sector at Dallah Albaraka, and Mr. Adel Haj Kareem, Head of the Office of Pilgrims Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, in the presence of several officials and decision-makers from the Hajj and Umrah sectors.

The agreement outlines the provision of integrated transportation services for Chinese pilgrims through Dallah Pilgrims Transport Company’s fleet, recognized as one of the most advanced fleets in the Kingdom. Services include transporting pilgrims between major cities such as Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and the Holy Sites, with a strong emphasis on comfort and safety.

Dallah Pilgrims Transport Company operates a fleet of over 1,000 buses equipped with the latest tracking and monitoring technologies to ensure the organized management of trips. The fleet also provides specialized services for people with disabilities, thereby enhancing the pilgrims’ experience and meeting their diverse needs.

In his statement, Mr. Loay Abdul Latif Gharab emphasized that the agreement highlights Dallah Albaraka’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions in the transportation sector, saying:
“Our partnership with the Office of Pilgrims Affairs of the People’s Republic of China is a significant step towards improving the pilgrims’ experience and facilitating their journeys during the performance of Hajj rituals. We believe that innovation and international collaboration are key to advancing Hajj services, and we are committed to providing services that meet the highest global standards, reflecting the renowned Saudi hospitality.”

Mr. Gharab added that this agreement aligns with the Group’s strategy to expand its international partnerships, enhance operational efficiency in transportation services, and support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
This agreement forms part of Dallah Albaraka’s broader vision to strengthen its leading role in the Hajj sector, building on the rich legacy established by its founder, Sheikh Saleh Kamel – may he rest in peace – in serving the Two Holy Mosques. The Group remains committed to achieving comprehensive sustainability in its projects by adopting advanced solutions that cater to the needs of pilgrims from around the world.

It is noteworthy that Dallah Albaraka is participating as a Strategic Sponsor in the 2025 Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition, where it is showcasing its leading services and pioneering projects contributing to the development of the Hajj ecosystem. Through this participation, the Group aims to foster stronger cooperation with local and international partners and to present innovative solutions across transportation, hospitality, and catering sectors, fulfilling the aspirations of the Guests of Allah and supporting the Kingdom’s prominent role in serving pilgrims.

The agreement with the Office of Pilgrims Affairs of the People’s Republic of China represents a significant addition to Dallah Albaraka’s efforts to enhance transportation services and to deliver a safe and comfortable pilgrimage experience. It also reflects the Group’s commitment to advancing the Hajj ecosystem in line with the wise leadership’s vision of providing the best possible services for the Guests of Allah during the Hajj season of 1446 AH.
